Centrex allows you to provide a direct line for each employee and a customizable package of Verizon’s most popular business communications features.

Verizon offers simple, easy-to-understand long distance calling plans and Toll Free service with one low per-minute rate nationwide -- plus the convenience of a single bill for local and long distance charges, and the efficiency of a single contact to help with your communications needs. Choose from among the following suite of services:

  • FirmRate Calling Plan -- 7˘ per minute or less for long distance calls if your long distance charges are less than $25 per month.
  • FlexDistance -- One low per-minute rate for both state-to-state and in-state calling if your long distance charges are at least $300 per month
  • SimpleOptions Calling Plan -- One low flat per-minute rate for state-to-state long distance calls if your long distance charges are over $300 per month.
  • Talk to the World Plan -- If you make two or more international calls per month, this plan offers great flat rates to over 250 international calling destinations.
  • International Regional Calling Plan -- If you make most of your international calls to one country or region, this plan saves you money. Each country within the four plan regions has its own 24/7 per-minute rate.
  • Dedicated Access -- Lets you handle calls over a Dedicated Access loop (T1 line) for additional capacity, additional services, and additional savings.
  • Toll Free Service -- Your customers pay nothing to call you, and you control calling party locations. You also get discounts according to your calling plan rates. Optional reporting software is available to better target your marketing programs and provide a cost management capability for call centers.
